LA Patch Guy backs each and every product we manufacture with our 100% Quality Guarantee. We will replace (at no additional charge to you) any defective custom product. We only require that you submit your written claim of the defective product to us within 30 days of receipt. For purposes of this question, the term “defect” or “defective” means a manufacturing error.

All sales are final. No returns are accepted.  Sales tax will be added for California residents. The buyer is responsible for any import duties or taxes that may be assessed. Shipping dates are approximate and we make no guarantee of a specific delivery date or are liable for any claims arising from a late delivery. Any claims of damaged or lost product must be made with the carrier.

Coins may contain various imperfections in artwork, metal work, coloring, etc. Coins with the same design may vary from each other in different aspects. All of this is normal and is not a defect. Colors may vary from their representation on a computer or print chart. This is normal and is due to the nature of metal. If color is absolutely critical you can inquire about the possibility of obtaining a sample coin.
